Thep anel <br /> consisted of Joe D.,,Bob vhritenour, Executive Secretary, Selectman Caffyn and Torn Fudala, <br /> Town Planner. Chairman Dellagala dicated that the panel narrowed the process down to offering <br /> the job to Eric SMI'th, a planner from Grand Rapids, Nfichi an. This would be pending a favorable <br /> g g <br /> background check. <br /> Luer from Sue Brown <br /> The Board reviewed a letter from Sue Brown requesting copies of the Personnel Board minutes o <br /> Jure 1 and Jure 7. She also requested a copy of the town's grievance procedure. Norma Kura <br /> made a motion to send the requested material to Sue Brown in the mail along with a copy of her <br /> letter. Rory Levine seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Acce Lance of Job Descriptions <br /> Chairman Dellagala indicated that he had reviewed the Heavy Equipment Operator job description <br /> with Greg Taylor, the D.P.W. Director. He asked the Board to review it and approve it. It was <br /> noted that the C.D.L. ]rug and Alcohol testing would be required and an eye exam would also be <br /> required. <br /> The Board also reviewed the Assistant Town Planner and the Assistant Town Accountant job <br /> descriptions as prepared by the M.M.A. Both of these positions are currently vacant. <br /> Ron L. moved to accept all three job descriptions: Meavy Equipment Operator, Assistant Town <br /> Planner, and the Assistant Town Accountant. forma K seconded the motion. All in favor. <br /> Evaluation of Personnel Administrator <br /> Marilyn F. advised the Board that her annual evaluation is due on July 1 and that Bob W. would be <br /> doing the review and possibly asking the Board for their input. <br /> Part-Time Adm. Clerk- Personnel <br /> Joe D. said that he would like to see the responsibilities of the new part-time position Personnel <br /> include centralizing documentation and setting up a tickler file. <br /> Marilyn F. advised that she was holding offg p vertisin this position until after her July vacation, <br /> Action Flan <br /> Board members noted that they haven't received any feedback on whether or not the Action Flan has <br /> been approved by the Board of Selectmen. <br />
