Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Sherman at 6:30 p.m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday, November 19, 2018 Regular Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the minutes of Monday, <br /> November 19,2018 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton, yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Marcia and Ron Maclnnis of 20 Dixon Drive, Mashpee voiced concern regarding their road of <br /> residence placed on the no plow list for the upcoming winter season due to overhanging branches <br /> and a failed culvert. The elderly couple expressed apprehension regarding the private/public road <br /> quandary. The Winslow Farms development was once a public road, and there are a lot of heavy <br /> equipment users in the area. It is difficult to understand the process and cost constraints to restore a <br /> collapsed drain are also worrisome. In response, the Town Manager indicated he would contact the <br /> couple to assist in finding resolution regarding this concern. <br />
