Monies distributed from the <br /> state Trust Fund derive primarily from surcharges on fees charged for the recording of various <br /> documents at the Registry of Deeds. It is projected the fees would increase from $35 to $50 <br /> which may improve the future percentage of distribution from the state Trust Fund. <br />
