Sue McGarry stated that-there is a lot to be done in setting up 501(c)(3); and the Trustees should be involved in this press. Sandi L,ahart mentioned the problems encountered by Falmouth Library Trustees and the legal suit they're involved in with Cape Cod Foundation. Pat asked whether Trustees do the mission statement or is that done by the 5 board members. Also,do the 5 hoard members put all paperwork together,or do Trustees do it and then 5 board members run the foundation, Jack said he will ask someone from Dunning Kirrae.law firm to come to a Trustee meeting. Trustee 1 Evaluation Form.,.Pat handed a copy of the Trustee self-evaluation form to the Trustees for them i to review and decide later whether or not they Feel this selfvalutton 1s worthwhile doing, i Discussion Pat Gamaeh.e noted that from time to time situations arise that rewire duction he done, such as sendmng flowers, etc. Kathy Mahoney routinely handles these situations,but has been first contacting Trustee Charman, Consensus of the Trustees'was that whenever these routine situations arise Kathy should"ust tale care of there on her oven. Meeting Schedule Trustees agreed no meeting to be scheduled for August at this time. Next meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10,2013 In Library Conference Room. dlourncnt Mary LeClair motioned the meeting be adjourned; Sandra Lahart seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed.
