�1 <br /> Mashpee Planningftwning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> Jud 17,2013 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> waquoit Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Planning Board Members Present: Chairman George Petersen, Dennis Bal arini# David <br /> l ooharian Joe Cummings <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala-Town Planner <br /> Absent: Mary Waygan, ,Toe Mullin, <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Town of Ma hpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the Waquoft Meeting <br /> Room at Mashpee Town 1 by Chairman Petersen at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July'1 7, 2013 and <br /> the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF AHNIJTES—June 5, 2013,June 1 ,2013 &,duly 3,2013 <br /> Approval of the minutes of June 5 and July 3 were deferred since a quorum of attending members <br /> was needed. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Ba]zarini made a motion to accept the minutes of June 19a as written. Mr. <br /> Kooharran seconded the motion. AM voted unanimously. <br /> SPELL P <br /> Applicant: windchime Point Condominium <br /> Request: Permission to remove certain trees. Review of arborist reports,Vice Chair <br /> report on June 15 site visa,decisions taken and additional Board action required. <br /> (Continued from July 3) <br /> Chairman Petersen noted that Ms. waygan submitted a report regarding her tree wally with Mr. <br /> Fudala at Windchime Point Condominiums. In Ms.. waygan's memorandum, she granted <br /> pernii sion to remove trees noted in points 1, 3,4 and 5. However, Ms. waygaun requested more <br /> information from the condominium2 S arborist regarding the health oldthe tall pines located on Red <br /> Cedar(item# and a suggested replacement. Addi ionally, Ms. wa gan stated that a previous <br /> request to remove a tree at 81 Blue Spruce(herr# was not granted and she again requested input <br /> from the arborist regarding the g`ee's health and its replacement. Although an initial document was <br /> received from Windchime's amorist, additional informafi n was nested by the Planning Board, <br /> which has not}ret been received.
