CLIENTS�PEOPLE IPER FORMANCE MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT TOWN OF MASHPEE INVOICE (WORK FROM 5-25-11 TO 6-22-11) In accordance with Article 7.2 of our Agreement with the Town of Mashpee dated February 2, 2000, GHD Inc. submits the following monthly report for invoice services rendered. Work completed since the last invoice period as summarized on the Budget Summary Task . Description of Work Performed 6A, B and C Effort associated with this invoice includes effort on the development of the two scenarios to be used as part of the recommended plan development. Includes meeting attendance and development of report materials. Adequacy of fees remaining: Budget remains tight and we will continue to monitor the budget and work to be as efficient as possible; however, impacts resulting from a prolonged project timeline due to numerous factors have forced us to use up budget necessary to complete scoped tasks. Issues regarding funding for meetings have been identified previously. As stated previously there are no specific scope items regarding management of data requests (USGS, LAI, MEP), and therefore, that effort had to be billed under existing tasks where deemed most appropriate, however this has an impact on our project budget. We would appreciate the opportunity to recover the costs for additional meetings, data requests, and prolonged project time frame as stated above. We have also put in a request for additional funds for public education based on discussions with the Sewer Commissions Subcommittee working on those efforts. Ability to meet the Work Schedule Status remains the same. Meeting Summary Due to the time lapse in the original project schedule and the constraints of the original budget, under which meetings were allocated, meeting attendance will be tracked through current budgeted tasks (4D, 5D, 6C, 6G, 7D & E, 7H & I, 7K) instead of the table originally created as part of these progress reports. As they are not specifically called out in number in the contract, we will no longer track them as such. We will notify the client promptly if it is identified that there is a project related meeting that the Commission wishes us to attend-that was not specifically identified as part of the scoped project such that these costs can be recovered. Because significant planning decisions are being made at the most current sewer commission meetings, GHD understands the importance of attending these meetings. However, this does have an impact on our budget.
