Ms. <br /> Laurentseconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Chairman Elliott inquired about the location of the company Mr. Cavossa referenced at the last <br /> meeting and Mr. Cavossa responded that he would forward additional information to the Chair <br /> about its exact location. <br /> Approve November 2011 Residential Tonnage of 1,899.81 Tons for Reporting to SEMASS <br /> Total Residential and Commercial is 3,114.02 tons <br /> Mr. Tilton made a motion to approve the November 2011 tonnage. Ms. Laurent seconded <br /> the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> 2011 Tonnage to Date <br /> Chairman Elliott reported that, should the December's tonnage match that of December 2010, <br /> the UCRTS would reach just over 38,000 tonsfor 2011, of the required 40,000, a marked <br /> improvement over previous years. Ms. Laurent agreed that it would be approximately 2,000 tons <br /> under and recommended further discussion as to whether or not the fees collected by Falmouth <br /> would cover the cost of the shortfall. There were thanks expressed for Covanta who had offered <br /> the reduced rate for commercial waste. Mr. Cavossa inquired about the amountof waste <br /> collected by Falmouth and the Chair responded that 2,771 tons had been disposed at alternate <br /> sites, consisting of Cavossa at 1,211 tons, Allied at 1,116 tons and Noonan at 44 tons. <br /> The meeting recessed at 8:38 a.m. and re-opened to discuss the Intermunicipal Agreement <br /> at 9 a.m. <br /> 1 <br />
