Cape Cod regional Transit Authority (continued) Motion: Tom O'Hara motioned Design Review to recommend installing the bus shelter at the South Cape Village location as shown on the Plans but that the Plans be improved to show exactly where it is and that Applicant obtain a street address for the bus shelter from the Town Clerk; David Kooharian seconded the motion. Vote: Tom O'Hara and David Kooharian voted yes; Bob Nelson abstained. The motion passed. Health Center Bus Shelter: Tom Fudala suggested Applicant talk to DPW re drainage and road easement. Mr. Kolva said he will talk with Catherine Laurent. Tom Fudala also suggested Mr. Kolva contact Holmes and McGrath for a copy of the latest site Plan. Motion: Tom Fudala motioned that Plan Review to conceptually approve the Health Center Bus Shelter provided applicant secures whose property it's on; Charlie Maintanis seconded the motion; Vote: Passed unanimously.
