Thomas Feronti said-the fagade on the <br /> Starbucks/Bleu building is being renovated. He said they are carrying the fagade on Bleu side all the <br /> gray around. Standard clapboard will be on the upper half. Regarding signage, John Rent said they <br /> refer to lease and then agree on signage. He said some signs on awnings; some on side band, but <br /> yet to be determined.-depending on tenants. Bob Nelson said he hopes they stay away from <br /> signage.on a wnings. Torn O'Hara suggested blade signs also look dine. <br /> ,John Rent said they are adding doors to make smaller spaces in former Puritan building. He-said <br /> they pulled another permit for that. He shoved 2 different si s ne blade sign and one to g n back gall. <br /> pp g <br /> Mr. McDermott s id owner is reusing sign she had at another building; they will frame it and pint on <br /> back wall of building. <br /> CONCLUSION: stamped both signs approved. <br /> 502 alaln street <br /> Andrew and Meredith Nixon, owners, The Fitness Company for Women <br /> Request approval of proposed neva sign <br /> Representative: Andrew lion <br /> Jim McDermott said sine he did the sign and Andrew Nixon was not present, Mr. McDermott ermott served <br /> as representative. The sign attached to the application was reviewed. <br /> CONCLUSION: stamped approved. <br />
