He didn't mean any disrespect to the Board. <br /> He did replace the fence and something else, making it look much better. <br /> • Fence delineates where liquor is served and addressed safety issue with rails, etc. <br /> • This year he is going through the official process. <br /> • He said he didn't think it was major what they are doing. He shored Plans and gage an <br /> explanation. He also shoved photos he took of the current awning and vinyl fencing. He said <br /> the existing a +ming would be raised 3 feet in order to gain 7 foot minimum pitch and he will fill <br /> in the edges around it. Dino showed a hand sketch to explain how they would raise the,canter <br /> and add on around the edges. He said it is the cheapest way to do it. <br /> • Dino said they've had good success with few complaints frorn'.the neighbors. He said one <br /> neighbor called about noise.and he changed direction of the speakers and put higher fence up. <br /> Dino said they are gong to change existing sign and he shoved the proposed new sign. <br /> He said he put an application in to Planning Board to change the bar to be a straight bar, <br /> rather than horseshoe shape} Glen Harrington advised Dino that the Board of Health needs an <br /> equipment plan schedule with seating layout. Dino said he will give the Board of Health this <br /> plan. <br />
