LC <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of'lllleetin - ld Tuesday, August 16, 2011 <br /> Mas ee'Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Mary LeBlanc, David Kooharian, <br /> and -Bab'llsn. <br /> Also Present: Richard Morgan .- Building- Department <br /> Walter Mar sh called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> -industrialrive <br /> Il ash pee Health Center <br /> � n [ esign <br /> Garth Ilsey erh ff appeared and said they have a sign 'out on the main road now. <br /> ' Where you turn into the parking 'lot'it is a different style sign and they want'it t <br /> match same sign on the road. He said there is another sign about 150 to 20 <br /> feet in the parting It area pointing to the main entrance. <br /> Walter Yarosh advised that the by-lav only allows one free-standing sign on the <br /> _lot. Also, the other sign_has to.be 5feet fr m thepavement. Walter suggested <br /> they-find the property line and show on 'Site Pian where sign-is going to go.' <br /> Walter asked about lighting of the sign. Mr.-Il eyerh ff said they are not going t <br /> dight'it. ' Iter asked: 'la.ndsca ing under the Signe 'Mr. -Meyerh ff said-ust <br /> putting mulch or something under it as they did for the rest of the signs. Mr. <br /> rl eyerhoff said he will include landscaping under the road sign. He will file Site <br /> Pian and show sign and_location. <br /> Walter pointed out that-directional sign under 6 square feet doesn't have to go to <br /> Design'I evie ; therefore not'b ing approved. <br /> Walter said that if the street line is far bacl , then applicant has to go to Board of <br /> S iectmen for off-prem'is'e sign approva-1. <br /> Conclusion: stamped:approved with condition Applicant to submit a site <br /> Plan and sign must be set back 5 feet off property line. <br />
