ApprovatofMinutes: Io : The Minutes of May 23, 2011 were moved by Mary LeClair,, seconded by Bob Cobuzzi. Roll call vote was taken. In favor; Terrie Cook, Mary LeClair, Carol Sherman, Bob Cobuzzi. Bob Cobuzzi abstained. Motion passes unanimously. �9a is Plan for Economic P�e�lo �ment Terrie brought the Committee up to date on the EDIC portion of the Town Comprehensive Plan. The document was forwarded to the Planning Board, with our input and approved changes. At the Planning Board's last meeting,there was discussion about the changes/suggestions the Mashpee FDIC Board made. It was decided that Terrie will contact Mary waygan,Planning Board Chairperson, to ask to be put on a future Planning Board Agenda to discuss the Economic Development Portion of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, before they approve the fmal draft. .tea ee- 21 ou h EDIC DL TA Funds Update Mashpee-Falmouth FDIC grant update; RFP/Q for consultant services to draft a 5-year business plan for Mashpee FDIC and Falmouth FDIC has been reviewed by both FDIC Committees, and revised slightly by the Falmouth EMC,the Cape Cod Conum'ssion's Leslie Richardson, and Alice Boyd of Bailey Boyd Associates. The RF'PQ is hereby attached. It will be posted on the Mashpee Town website, Central Register, and The Mashpee Enterprise.. MOON: Mary LeClair moved to accept the revised RFP/Q, Bob Cobuzzi seconded. Roll call vote was taken.
