Mr. Rowley stated that as long as the location defined by the site plan i <br /> not affected by the change and that the change is related only to flipping the driveway, it may not b <br /> a significant change. However, Mr. Rowley noted that ad#ustments may be required if something <br /> needs to be relocated due to the driveway, which may require Board approval. It was confirmed <br /> that there would be no change to the footprint, but Mr. Bonvie noted that the location of the covered <br /> porch may need to change. <br /> The Chair questioned whether revised plans would be submitted to reflect the change and Mr. <br /> onvie responded that he roust provide"as bui he for each foundation- The Chair stag that she is <br /> willing to provide the flexibility but requested that a report be submitted when the"as builts" are <br /> provided. Mr. Fudala suggested that Mr. Crowiey review the change and Mr. Crowley requested <br /> that Mr. Bonvie provide him with an 81A x l l plan noting the driveway change which he will use to <br /> compare to a signed set of'plans. Board members were in agreement that changes to the driveways <br /> may be delegated to the Town's Consulting'Engineer. It was recommended that a vote be taken by <br /> the Board to allow Mr. Crowley to authorize changes to the triplex driveways or provide reports to <br /> the Board if there is an issue. <br /> MOTION: fir. Baharini made a notion to designate Mr. Rowley to loop at driveway <br /> switches of the triplexes and leave it to Mr. Rowley to bring it to the Board or decide if the <br /> change is acceptable.
