In place of the pond, the area would now have <br /> straight road with a slight bend in order to create setback on the left side. The plan was submitted to <br /> Mr.ir. Rowley who recommended changes such a dr rage. Mr. Bon ie suggested that the new plan <br /> was developed in the best interest of the community and has increased setbacks creating more space <br /> behind the buildings- <br /> Chairman aygan inquired about 's Pond and Mr. Bonvie responded that it was a natural <br /> pond with orders of condition through the Conservation Commission.
