Mr.Fudala referenced the issue of the Certifficate of <br /> Occupancy and suggested relocating Item 8 to GenaW-Conditions in order allow access to the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. Board members supported the idea. Mr. McGrath suggested revising the <br /> plan, with administrative approval from the Town Planner and Consultant Engineer, with the <br /> possibility of over digging the swale to store a significant amount ofwater. Mr. Rowley <br /> recommended that the plan be dratted as soon as possible, prior to construction. Mr. McGrath <br /> indicated that he would submit the revised plan prior to September 7. Mr. Rowley rley requested a full <br /> sized copy of the emergency plan to review wither the 20 day-appeal period. lir. Petersen <br /> suggested Conditions 9, to and 11 which also refer to landscaping and construction. lir. Fudala <br /> agreed that Condition 9 would need to be adjusted. Mr. Petersen inquired whether the work could <br /> e initiated in the fall. Ms. Ntw phy indicated that construction would not begin until the middle of <br /> October and would take-too long to coni let .Mr., o l y-added;that-i it-were-cnstructed-t - - <br />�- soon;it-could-be pro-lemati , and is best constructed around the same time as paving. Ms. Cox <br /> recommended adding"subnn=g a plan to the Planning Board[consultant that demotes that <br /> the drainage bio retention swales are protected during construction." The Planning Board will <br /> authorize Mr. Rowley to approve the revised plan- Mr. Rowley reconunend ed "a plan of temporary <br /> storinwater containment which would be approved and constructed prior to paving and would <br /> include the base course and tap course." Mr. Peterseninquired about erosion control measures and <br /> Mr. Rowley indicated that temporary pits may be dug and added that the silt fence would ere-ate a <br /> physical barrier to create a limit of work. "Any"will not be replaced by"final." <br /> N&. Fudala suggested that"occupancy Permit" be removed from Condition 9 and replaced with <br /> "prior to occupancy of the building." lir. Fudala also suggested that"`Prior to Issuance of <br /> Occupancy Permits" be changed to"General Conditions' and remove'Fire Protection." Ms. Cox <br /> recommended that"an 8 foot high' on page 5, #18, referencing the fence, be struck. <br /> There was no public con eat about the project. <br /> Chairman Way gan noted that Condition 24 started dist reasonable efforts would be made to employ <br /> Mashpee residents. Mr. Fudala inquired whether all Board members had read the decision and were <br /> satisfied. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Ba rini made a.motion to close the public hearing,. lir.M seconded the <br /> notion. AH voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Mullin made a motion to accept the Special Permit Modification Decision as <br /> presented and amended during the meeting.
