Mr. Petersen <br /> seconded the motion. AU voted unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL-NOT-REQ PLAN' <br /> Applicant: bWhp a Wa panoag Tribe <br /> Location: Meetinghouse Road ors" Map 45,Bloch 75) <br /> Request: Signature of 2-lot plan not requiring approval as a subdivision <br /> Chairman Waygan read the request for the record. Zachary Basinski ofBracken Engineering <br /> was-present on behalf of the warnpanag Indian Tribe to request approval of the endorsement of <br /> n ANR Plan for an existing 46 acre lot. Mr. Basinski reported that the property would be <br /> divided into two separate lots, Lot A totaling 27.3 acres with frontage on Meetinghouse Road <br /> and I.ot B totaling 19.2 ages with frontage on Noisy Dole Road. Mr. Basinski noted that the <br /> mini mum lot size-for the zone totaled 803,OW square feet. Mr. Fudala confirmed that the <br /> paperwork was in order. Board members had no objection to the request. <br /> MOTION: lir. Ba trim made a motion for Approval Not Required. Mr. Petersen <br /> seconded the motion. All voted nn.anhnously. <br /> Chairman Waygan signed the plans, notice and decision. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Applicant: Mashpee Industrial fealty,LIQ <br /> Location: 168 Industrial Drive(Assessors' Map W Block 35) <br /> Request: schedule hearing for modification of Special Permit to add additional <br /> allowed uses and request for waiver of review and inspection fees $530 #"cling fee <br /> paid) <br /> Chairman waygan read the request. IVIS.
