Rosemary is making good progress on text and captions. <br /> 4 <br /> Began a long discussion ofpossible demolition of Popponesset Inn by owner and whether or not the <br /> Historical Commission can delay. Town has no demolition delay order. Members discussed whether we <br /> should develop a by-lav similar to other Cape toms,which would be good for one year,but the owner <br /> has fmal say. New Building Department head,Michael ll onteiro(who previously worked for New <br /> Bedford)has found them probl uratic and not eager to have to enforce a delayorder. Historical <br /> Commission and Tom Fudala,Town Planner,has considered a by-law a number ofyem ago, but he <br /> never placed it on the ton warrant. <br /> Nancy volunteered to attend a Massachusetts Historical Commission workshop on town demolition delay <br /> being offered i <br />
