GREIG, CHAIRMAN KENNETH A. POR'K'ER, VICE CHAIRMAN - MARCIA R. KING, CLERK DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING The regular meeting - was held in the Assessing Department ' s new offices located in the newly renovated Town Hall , Mashpee, Massachusetts . The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at 6 : 30 p.m. MINUTES of THE MEETING Minutes of The Meeti of January 28 , 1997 Board Members reviewed "the minutes" ,. There were no corrections , nor was -there any discussion. Vice Chairman Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of January 2 , 1997 , as printed; Marcia King rade second the motion; motion passed; unanimous -decision. The Minutes were accepted by The 'Board. NEW BUSINESS : Board Action on Personal Property Abatement Applications Abatements Approved Chairman Greig presented the List of FY1997 Personal Property Abatement Applications Abated in Full on February 25, 1997 . Mr* Greig informed for The Record that the List of Abatements Approved consists of one page; the List begins with Application #32P - John Sullivan; it ends with Application 9P - Donna. DiIorio; the List totals 8 Abatements Approv0d. A copy of the List of Abatements Approved, fully executed by Board Members , is attached to {These Minutes . ) Nice Chairman Porter made motion the Board accept the List of FY1997 Personal Property Abatement Applications Abated in Full on February 25, 1997 , as presented and explained by Chairman Greig; Marcia King made second- the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The List was accepted by the Board.
