3 <br /> Affordable Housing Trust <br /> Minutes <br /> March 11, 2013 <br /> APPOINTMENTS &HEARINGS: <br /> Vote to File as Applicant with the Affordable Housina Committee for <br /> CPC_Funding-Affordable Housing Study: <br /> Vote to Withdraw CPC A lication for Affordable Housing Study if Grant <br /> Fod-Wiz is Received: <br /> It was announced the Town is the recipient of$15,000 in grant funding <br /> from the MA Housing Partnership to fund a Feasibility Study at the 3.8 <br /> acre town-owned site referenced on Assessors Map 60,Parcel 2 at the <br /> subject location 209 Old Barnstable Road,Mashpee. <br /> Since grant funding has been attained,it is the agreement of the Board of <br /> Selectmen acting as the Affordable Housing Trust to remove the <br /> Community Preservation Article relative to this regard from the Special <br /> Town Meeting warrant. <br /> At this time,there was no further business. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Cahalane to adjourn at 6:05 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr.Richardson,yes Mrs. Sherman,yes <br /> Mr. Taylor,yes Mr. Cahalane,yes <br /> Mr. O'Hara,yes Opposed,none <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
