Haney <br /> 540 Great Neck Road South (Map 99 Parcel 40-0) <br /> Mashpee,MA 02649 <br /> APPEAL-2018-33 <br /> The Board read the Town Department comments into the record, <br /> The Board read several abutter letters into the record that oppose the helicopter and <br /> helipad. <br /> Mr. Furhush mentioned that he received several complaints that were filed in the <br /> Building Department, and stating that they are violating the Bylaw 174-25, <br /> Mr. Purhush asked for public comments. Several abutters spoke and are <br /> documented for the record. I <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board agreed not to overturn the Building <br /> on=`ssioner's decision.Upon notion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, November 28, 2019 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to <br /> uphold the BuildingCommissioner's decision regarding William R.I aney's request of an <br /> Administrative Appeal concerning a cease and desist of a heliport under§174-17, §174-22 <br /> and <br /> 4- <br /> and 174-25 of the Zoning Bylaws on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 9 <br /> Parcel 40-0, Mashpee, MA (Owner of record: Lary Et Zocchi)+ <br />
