Town o 16 G+''ai A"(t Ytpa l.;V)iih �`".an� �v IasJ��3ee, �Ic�ss�cl�.uscjtts 02649 MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 12,2018 The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at 6:00 p.m, in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, Norman J. Gould and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being televised live on Mashpee TV. EXECUTIVE SESSION Chairman Furbush announced the Board will be going into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy with respect to the pending case of Emmeluth, Trustee v. ZBA, Barnstable Superior Court Civil Action No. BACV2013-OO579. He told the audience there will be a posting on the doors, and they will be removed when the Executive Session was completed. He asked that the audience remain outside the room and will let them return when the session was over. Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to move into Executive Session. Scott seconded. Chairman Furbush polled the Board to vote. Sharon,yes, Brad, yes, Norman, yes, Scott, yes, Ron, yes, Bill,yes, and Jonathan, yes. Ron Bonvie and Bill Blaisdell recused themselves from the Executive Session. At approximately 6:18 pm., Scott Goldstein made a motion to end Executive Session. Sharon seconded. Chairman Furbush polled the Board to vote. Sharon, yes, Brad, yes, Norman, yes, Scott, yes, and Jonathan,yes. All were in favor to conclude the Executive Session. 1
