The architect has generated punch lists for all
phases. Carlyle completed the warranty inspection of the roof and issued their punch list. A date of December 28th is proposed for substantial completion.
Update on CIP
The CIP Committee has reviewed the project requests submitted. While they agree with the
request to convert the stadium field to synthetic surfacing, they questioned whether a single
field would address the issues with overuse of the remaining natural fields. The Committee is
therefore recommending instead that a study be funded to assess the needs so a single funding
request can be submitted for necessary improvement to all MMHS fields.
A decision on the proposed building for the Department of Natural Resources is on hold
pending a new estimate. The size of the building has changed.
New Business
Approval of Invoices
Joe Brait motioned to approve payment of 3 invoices totaling$69,810.42 and Geoff Gorman
seconded the motion.
