The Director listed her goals are to meet with the candidates for the senior tax work off <br /> program, prepare the FY 2019 formula grant and plan programs for new members of <br /> the Mashpee Senior Center. <br /> Motion: Ginny McIntyre moved to accept the Director's report, seconded by <br /> Marijo Gorney. Vote 4-0 unanimous <br /> Treasurer's Report <br /> The Director distributed the Treasurer's Report for the month of July and reviewed the <br /> numbers with the members. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by <br /> Ginny McIntyre. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> The Outreach Coordinator stated she met with seniors who needed help with fuel. <br /> assistance and SHINE and her office visits consisted of assistance with transportation, <br /> financial help, homecare services and resources and activities provided by the Senior <br /> Center. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator noted the Brown Bag Program is held on the first Friday of <br /> every month and there were 20 participants and 7 volunteers. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator Report, <br /> seconded by Ginny McIntyre. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Activity Coordinator's Report <br /> No report. <br /> Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator's Report <br /> The Director distributed the Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator Report for the <br /> month of September. She noted the volunteer group meetings have been successful. <br /> The volunteer pens have arrived and are available at the volunteer center at the library. <br /> The Senior Center Intergenerational Volunteers have volunteered to participate in the <br /> Preschool "Read to Me" at the K.C. Combs School and Brownie Troops distributed <br /> Brighten your Day Baskets to seniors. The Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator <br /> also listed volunteer positions needed and her upcoming goals. <br />
