MASHPEE ENVIRONMENTAL OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 11, 2018 <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> OCKWAY MEETING ROOM <br /> Present: Michael Talbot, Dale McKay, Tom Hoppensteadt, Joe Cummings, <br /> Katelyn Cadoret, Ashley Fisher <br /> Absent: Rick York, Andrew Gottlieb, Andrew McManus <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Michael Talbot at 6:30 p.m. <br /> APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: <br /> May 9, 2018 and June 13, 2018 <br /> Motion: Dale McKay moved to approve .the May 9, 2018 minutes, seconded by <br /> Ashley Fisher. Vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> Motion: Tom Hoppensteadt moved to approve the June 13 minutes, seconded by <br /> Dale McKay. Vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE <br /> The Chair introduced Mary Waygan, Chair of the Mashpee Planning Board. She was <br /> present to request to be placed on the EOC agenda for August 8 to discuss the mixed- <br /> use planned development zoning bylaw for inclusion on the October 2018 Town <br /> Meeting Warrant. Mary Waygan distributed a copy of the zoning articles to the <br /> members. She spoke about the Mashpee Common Form Base Code which they want <br /> to include in the Town Meeting Warrant. She noted this can be seen on Mashpee <br /> Common's Website "Mashpee Commons by Design". She urged the members to <br /> review the Planning Board bylaw and the Mashpee Common Form Base Code prior to <br /> the next meeting and to keep their eyes on the newspapers. She is hoping for EOC's <br /> support. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Revitalization of the Mashpee Community Garden and the Attaquin Lot; Mashpee <br /> Community Garden Advisory Committee Update, <br />
