QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> The Town of Mashpee, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of <br /> Massachusetts, acting by and through its Board of Selectmen ("Grantor"), in consideration of One <br /> Dollar ($1.00) paid, hereby grants to the Mashpee Affordable Housing Trust, a body politic and <br /> agency of the Town of Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts created in accordance with <br /> the provisions of M.G.L. c. 44, §55C, acting by and through its Chairman ("Grantee"), with <br /> QUITCLAIM COVENANTS, <br /> All of the Grantor's right, title and interest in the parcel of land, more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> The land in Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, described as follows: <br /> The parcel of land located on Falmouth Road, identified as 950 Falmouth Road, and further <br /> identified as Assessors' Parcel No. 93-7-0, containing 3.26 acres /-. <br /> For Grantor's title, see Final Judgment in Tax Lien Case (Land Court Case No. 109461) dated <br /> February 12, 1997 and recorded with the Barnstable County Registry at Book 10655, Page 325, <br /> and Instrument of Taking dated May 19, 1993 recorded with said Barnstable County Registry at <br /> Book 8551, Page 128. See also, Release Deed and Consent to Foreclosure recorded with said <br /> Barnstable County Registry at Book 21576, Page 153. <br /> together with all right, title and interest of Grantor in and to any land lying in the bed of any street <br /> or way adjacent to or abutting or adjoining such land, together with all rights, privileges, rights of <br /> way and easements appurtenant to such land, rights of way or other interests in, on, or under any <br /> land, highway, street or right of way abutting, adjoining or appurtenant to such land and all of <br /> Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all easements, rights, privileges and benefits, if any, <br /> appurtenant to said land. <br /> Said parcel is conveyed as authorized by the vote under Article 30 of the Mashpee Annual Town <br /> Meeting on May 1, 2017, a certified copy of which is recorded herewith. <br /> 1 <br />
