2 <br /> Affordable Housing Trust <br /> Minutes <br /> March 11, 2013 <br /> Present: Selectmen members: Michael Richardson, Carol Sherman, Wayne Taylor, <br /> John Cahalane, Tom O'Hara <br /> Attendees: Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br /> Kalliope Egloff; Affordable Housing Committee <br /> Absent: Representation from: EDIC, Finance Committee, Mashpee Housing <br /> Authority <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Mr. Richardson at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday, November 22, 2010 Regular Session: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Cahalane to approve the minutes of Monday, <br /> November 22, 2010 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Richardson,yes Mrs. Sherman,yes <br /> Mr. Taylor,yes Mr. Cahalane,yes <br /> Mr. O'Hara, abstained Opposed, none <br /> Selectmen members of the Affordable Housing Trust (AHT) met briefly <br /> for the purpose of attending to matters associated to the proposed <br /> Feasibility Study that would review the possibilities for affordable housing <br /> at 209 Old Barnstable Road, Mashpee, a town-owned site comprised of <br /> 3.8 acres. <br /> It was noted the Board of Selectmen applied for a grant with the MA <br /> Housing Partnership to fund the feasibility study. As a contingency to the <br /> grant funding, an application was submitted and approved by the <br /> Community Preservation Committee for CPA funding at the May 2013 <br /> Town Meeting. An article has been printed on the draft Special Town <br /> Meeting warrant seeking CPA funding from the 10%Affordable Housing <br /> Reserves. <br />
