Botsford clarified that the most recent amount requested from the CPC
totaled o,000. There was consensus among members of the Committee agreeing that NMA.presentations
about their fund request referenced use of the money for arevolving loan. The Chair pointed
out that the State also provided funds to housing authorities for an assistance program. lir. Johnson inquired
whether Ids. Botsford should be contacted regarding Mr. Isbit 's points and it was determined that it would be
addressed at another time.
Great Neck South/Northbridge-I1 ashpee Commons sold three parcels to Northbridge to develop an
assisted living facility. The facility would feature 44 studio or 1-bedroom apartments, eight -bedroom units
and the memory care-would comprise twelve 1-bedrooms and four -bedrooms, The Chair stated that the Cape
Cod Commission required that Bridges of Epoch place 6 units in an affordable category, at the rate of$2,700
instead of$6,0000. The units were not eoui.ted toward Mashpee's affordable rate.
OTHER IN
MLETIING ADJOURNMENT
ITT
The next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, May 2 at 630 p.m.
Mr. Willard made a motion to adjourn.
