:� ffyff <br /> 16 Great<sV�ek X6ad�ii-th.. <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9, 2019 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 9, <br /> 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road <br /> North. Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell,Norman J. <br /> Gould, and Associate Members,Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer were present. Building <br /> Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Board Members, Ron Bonvie and Scott Goldstein were absent. <br /> 323 Hoonnole Road: Owner, Robert D. Lippman requests.a Special Permit under §174- <br /> 45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an accessory apartment on property located in an <br /> R-5 Zoning District, (Map 41 Parcel 57), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Lippman returned with the revised plans of the entire home as requested by the Board <br /> at the last meeting. The Plan depicts 2,740 gross sq. ft. of both the first and second floors. <br /> Mike Mendoza,Building Commissioner addressed the Board and met with the homeowner <br /> to go over the requirements under the bylaw. <br /> Mr. Lippman stated that he had also met with the DPW Director regarding the parking <br /> situation. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the item in the bylaw that the gross area of the accessory apartment <br /> shall not be less than 300 sq. ft. nor more than 40% of the gross floor area of the said <br /> structure. <br /> Mr. Mendoza confirmed to the Board that the applicant met the requirements. Mr. Furbush <br /> read the DPW Director's email into the record. <br /> Mr. Lippman said he has a contract for the driveway pending his petition approval. <br /> Sharon Sangeleer read the Board of Health, Conservation, and Inspection Department <br /> comments into the record. <br /> There were no comments from the audience, and no more comments from the Board. <br /> 1 <br />
