MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9,2019 <br /> Mr. Gould said that he understands that Matt Haney was questioning the last hearing <br /> whether the Board followed the proper procedures for Executive Session. He believes that <br /> it is crucial that Town Counsel be present again to make sure the Board follows the "letter <br /> of the law" and would be more comfortable if present. <br /> Mr. Forbush said she has questions on how the Board should proceed with the pending <br /> litigation. <br /> Mr. Gould made a motion that Town Counsel be present for the Executive Session on the <br /> January 23, 2019 hearings. <br /> Sharon seconded. <br /> Mr. Pittsley, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush yes, and <br /> Mr. Gould yes. <br /> All were in favor to have Town Counsel present. <br /> Mr. Pittsley will not be present on January 23, 2019. <br /> Mr. Mendoza commented that his understanding is that Town Counsel has some questions <br /> to ask for the preparation of the pre-trial on February 1, 2019. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to adjourn. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes, and <br /> Mr. Blaisdell yes. <br /> All were in favor to adjourn.
