MASBPEE PERSONNELBow <br /> MEETING Off"FEBRUARY 27,, 1995 <br /> MASBPEE TOWN HAIL <br /> The following members of the Personnel Board were present for today's ee�m : <br /> Joseph Dellagala and Ronald Levine, Jim Long, CouncH on Aging Director and Lynne <br /> vatemm, Outreach Coordinator, were also present for the me*g.. <br /> t <br /> Meeting convened at 9:00 a.m. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to interview candidates for the grant position of Client/ <br /> Volunteer Recruitment Specialist. The following individuals met with the hoard: Susan <br /> Raymond, John HeddersonP .lane Nevins, Patricia Sabah Mary Schruckmayr, Arnie <br /> Hart, Donna Tippo, and Barbara Harris. <br /> N. <br /> Candidates were advised of the rate of pay $10 , the hours of tern to fifteen weekly were <br /> outlined, the flexibility of the job hours were discussed, and the job duties were reviewed <br /> with each person. Ca'nMass.didates were advised that a ass. Driver's License,was also <br /> required for the job. They were also advised that the position was to start in March and <br /> end in.Tune. <br /> h <br /> Jim Long explained that the position was funded by grant monies received through the <br /> Executive Office of Elder Affairs in the amount of$2,000. The purpose of the position <br /> isto identify a target population(the disadvantaged)in Mashpe --those,individuals <br /> yrs. old and above. Disadvantaged population would includeeo le with a zhei vers <br /> p p <br /> minorities, etc. Other aspects of the position were discussed such as volunteer <br /> recruitment and training, <br /> The job background of each.applicant was reviewed for qualifications which relate to the <br /> s <br /> position. <br /> After the interviews were conducted, the interviewing panel narrowed down the <br /> selection process to: Jane Nevins, Mary Schruckmayr, Barbara Harris, and Donna <br /> , <br /> Trppo. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m. <br /> espectfAy submitted <br /> • <br /> yn arren <br /> Personnel Adm nistrator <br /> rf <br />
