PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> MEETING of SEPTEMBER 14 , 1995 <br /> The following members of the Personnel Board were present, Chairman <br /> Joseph Dellagala, Carole Dunivan, Norma Kumin and Marilyn Farren, <br /> Personnel Administrator, le <br /> ,O� 4U&4-� <br /> Chairman Dellagala convened the meeting at :oo a,m. <br /> Acceptance of Personnel Board Minutes <br /> Ron L. moved to accept the Personnel Board minutes of August 14, 1995 <br /> and August 211 1995. Norma Kumin seconded the motion. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> Ron L. , Norma K. , and Carole D. turned over applications for <br /> employment to Marilyn Farren for the Administrative Personnel clerk <br /> position., <br /> Update of to ent A lication Fora <br /> Marilyn' distributed to the Board a copy of a memorandum from Kopelman <br /> and Paige and a copy of a Falmouth employment application with a copy <br /> of the current Mashpee employment application. The Board was in <br /> agreement to move forward with the Falmouth employment application <br /> form, changing over to the Mashpee title and seal. Also changed was <br /> the deletion of school dates. <br /> UDdate of FamilyMedical Leave Polis <br /> Marilyn informed the Board she had received from Kopelman and Paige a <br /> memorandum with their recommendations for form and content, and <br /> presented it to the Board for further recommendations. The Board <br /> agreed that the current form and content net with their approval. <br /> Norma moved to accept the Family Medical/Leave Polio and forward <br /> copy to the Board of Selectmen for approval.
