MINUTE <br /> PERSONNEL BARD <br /> AS P E E TOWN DALE <br /> October 1 , 1995 <br /> The following board members were present: Joe Dellagala, Chairman, <br /> Role Levine and Carole Dunnivan <br /> Acceptance of Minutes <br /> Role L. moved to accept the minutes of October 5, 1995. Carole D# <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> P. .P. Positions <br /> Marilyn Farren provided the Personnel Board with a current listing of <br /> P.A.P. employees.. Currently there are 11 employees under the P.A.P. <br /> Police Officer Position Tegtincr and Interviews <br /> 'The Board decided to defer any a tion until scheduling had been <br /> completed by Marilyn Farren. <br /> familZ_.apg1. Medica1 Leaye Polio <br /> Joe D. advised the Board that the Family and Medical Leave Policy had <br /> been accepted by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Part-Time Administrative Clerk for Personnel <br /> Joe * -advised the Board. that the appointment had been made and <br /> accepted for the Part-Time Administrative Clerk for Personnel. <br /> Af irx tive Action Plan <br /> Marilyn F, distributed a copy of an Affirmative Action Plan Draft for <br /> review by the Personnel Board, After a brief discon the hoard <br /> decided that they would like to see any Town Policies regarding this <br /> and what policies are in effect at present. They also questioned who <br /> the originator of the draft was and how long the draft has been in <br /> effect. <br /> Carole D. roved to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 a.m. seconded � <br /> the motion.
