Mr. Smith agreed. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to approve the application <br /> of Taeosmith, Inc. d/b/a 'rhe Zuni Cafe, for a Sunday <br /> Entertainment license for dancing by patrons and live music <br /> only; subject to the signing of the above amendment,, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> V Q : Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Pub 9 -Reauest to Extend Hogs: <br /> Selectman Costa opened the Public Dearing on the request of 99 West,Inc., <br /> to extend the hours of the Annual Restaurant All Alcoholic Beverages <br /> License for the 99 Restaurant from 12:00 nnidnight to 1:00 a.m. <br /> Mr. whritenour read aloud the Public Dearing notice as published. <br /> Jim Filey, Operations Director the 99 Restaurant was present to discuss <br /> the request with the Board of Sele tmn. At this time, we are presently <br /> losing business to service the late right and mode patrons explained <br /> W. Kiley who noted that the operation is well run,and that the <br /> establishment has been a neighbor of good standing to the area. <br /> Selectman Costa opened the Public Hearing to obtain comment. <br /> Charles Costello stated that he is in support of the above license <br /> extension request until 1:00 a.m. <br /> Being no further continent, Selectman Costa requested a vote from the <br /> Board to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to close the Public Hearing, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman 1 l rsters. <br /> VQ Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
