DRI projects such as <br /> Willowbend are exempt from the moratorium added Mr.Fudala. <br /> The DCPC will alloy towns to adopt regulations that do not have <br /> grandfathering provisions stated Ir. Fudala. <br /> Ms. Daley added that single family hones could be included in the <br /> moratorium if the town chose to do so. <br /> Jay Monahan stated that improved flushing of the bay will have a direct <br /> bearing on the water quality of the Mashpee Diver.
