A, s.17, and s.1 , and Supreme Judicial Court <br /> Rule 3:07, Did 5-105, that the interest of Kopelman and Paige, <br /> P.C., as Town Counsel to the Towns of Mashpee and <br /> Sandwich as disclosed in a letter to the Board dated February <br /> 27, 1997. is not so substantial as to be deemed likely to affect <br /> the integrity or the exercise of independent professional <br /> judgment the Town of Mashpee may expect of I opelman and <br /> Paige, P.C. as Town Counsel, generally and with respect to <br /> the intermunicipal agreement between the Towns of Falmouth, <br /> Mashpee, and Sandwich for the construction, maintenance and <br /> operation of a solid wash rail transfer station at the <br /> Massachusetts Military reservation. After full disclosure of <br /> the possible effect of such representation on the exercise of the <br /> independent professional judgment of Kopelrnan and Page, <br /> P.C., the Board hereby consents to this representation. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous, -0. <br />
