Mr. whritenour read aloud the <br /> Public Hearing notice as published. (enclosed) <br /> Seleetnan Costa indicated that the above seasonal liquor license renewals <br /> are subject to the successful completion of safety inspections. It was noted <br /> that annual inspections are conducted in the spring as businesses are under <br /> operation. <br /> The hearing was opened by the Chairman to obtain public comment. <br /> Betty Nichols asked if the above applicants have outstanding taxes due <br /> to the Town of M shpee.9 In response, Mr. whritenour indicated that the <br /> license holders as listed do not owe back taxes. There was no information <br /> relative to the owners of the subject properties. <br /> Po pone et_geneml Ston: No public comment. <br /> Atlandc Seafood: No public comment. <br /> Raw Bar. Inc.: Betty Nichols asked who is the manager of record? <br /> Attorney Robert Clark was present on behalf of the Raw Par,Inc., and <br /> stated that Robert weeks is the manager of record. <br /> Diane Mulvey asked if the Town has reached quota for all alcoholic seasonal <br /> licenses? Mr. Whritenour responded by stating that the Town has ruched <br /> quota with annual liquor licenses, but not with seasonal licenses. <br /> With regards to the Flaw Bar, Inc., Ms. Nichols asked if a person was <br /> convicted at the establishment, would the approval make a difference? <br /> Attorney Clark indicated that an inquirer will be held at a later date in <br /> response to the question asked of a previous conviction. <br /> Selectman Costa indicated that the Board issues seasonal liquor license <br /> renewals on-an annual basis. <br /> M.4rk <br /> =lace Ca& No public comment. <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman Costa requested a vote from the <br /> Board to close the Public Hearing. <br />
