This six year cycle of recollection necessitated the mailing of a random sample of
non-resident homeowners Forms of List to determine the average valuation of their personal
property. With goal of a valid five percent representative sample of the 3,500 Mashpee
accounts, three hundred initial forms were mailed.

Discussion of Unmapped Parcel at the end of Punkhorn Point Road.
Mr. Streebel reviewed the repeated request of Mat Haney that the Board of Assessors create
and tax a parcel of land at the end of Punkhorn Point road. Mr. Haney said that this property is
owned by the Haney family and is the key parcel for building a bridge to Gooseberry Island.
Although this parcel will likely be assessed and taxed sometime in the future, it's exact shape,
size and boundaries are currently in litigation. It is the advice of Town Counsel Pat Costello
that the Assessors not assess the parcel until the litigation has been completed.

ADJOURNMENT

Gregg Fraser motioned to adjourn at 6:17pm.
Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion.
VOTE: Yes-3
Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes.

Respectfully submitted,

Jason R.
