Paul Andrews seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Y'es- <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Director streebel presented a departmental update lie: Triennial Fie-certification state <br /> Owned Land & Assistant Assessor-position status. Mr. streebel updated the Board with <br /> regards to the Triennial Certification. The assessed values have been given Preliminary <br /> Certification and the next step is to hold Public Disclosure. Public Disclosure will last for fire <br /> days and will consist of mailing more than 3,600 post cards to out of town homeowners, and <br /> advertisements on the torn web site and in the Mashpee Enterprise. The office will answer <br /> questions and review comments from property owners regarding their neer assessments. After <br /> the Public Disclosure period New Growth will be submitted for approval and Final Certification <br /> is expected. <br /> The Director updated the Board regarding State Owned Land and informed the Board that <br /> Mashpee's appeal of the Commissioner of Revenue's Values had been timely filed. <br /> The Director also updated the Board as to the status of the Assistant Assessor position. The <br /> Administration has approved the change from having a Data collector to having an Assistant <br /> Assessor. The position will be advertised in-house for five days and interviews will tale place <br /> shortly thereafter. <br /> Deal Estate Supplemental Tax Abatement Application: Joan Alle rini — 146 Wate a <br /> Director streebel recommended that the Board deny the abatement application. <br />
