RDA <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to continue the hearing at the request of the applicant <br /> to ,duly 13, 2017 at 6:09 p.m. seconded by Mr. Shaw. vote unanimous 5-0 <br /> Regulation 27: Docks and Piers <br /> The Agent referred to Regulation 27 that deals with dock and piers. He said this <br /> regulation could be revised and shortened up so he will be coming up with suggestions. <br /> When the time comes and the commissioners review the revised regulation, we will set <br /> up ars advertised public hearing. <br /> 2017 October Town Meeting warrant deadline: Jul 10th 017 <br /> The Agent noted the deadline for the October Town Meeting is July 10, 2017. He will be <br /> looking at the bylaw regarding some language that requires 100 continuance fee which <br /> has never been enacted by the commissioners. He will be bringing this back to <br /> Commission for further discussion. <br /> .Upper.,Quash net RFP updates <br /> The Agent provided five responses to the RFP for the Upper Quashnet River: Tighe and <br /> Bond, Association for the Preservation of cape cod, Horsley Whitten Group} Epsilon <br /> Associates/Baxter Nye and Ecological Restoration. The Agent stated this is required <br /> homework for the Commissioners to review these proposals. It was suggested to come <br /> up with a point scale and the Agent said he would put something together. He said the <br /> deadline isJune 23 to let the consultants know which of therm has been chosen. He <br /> noted the Town Manager opened the Fids as the procurement officer, There was a brief <br /> discussion on whether or not a sitting selectman has a conflict since he is employed by <br /> Association for the Preservation of Cape cod and the Agent stated he would be <br /> checking with town counsel. The Agent urged the Commissioners to keep in mind the <br /> services as well as the prices. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Shaw. vote unanimous Y0! <br /> Meeting adjourned 6:40 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Judy Daigneault, Recording secretary <br />
