PORT The Outreach Coordinator distributed her report for the month of December. The Outreach Coordinator noted she had home visits. She is working with the volunteer on fuel assistance and had SNAP applications. The outreach Coordinator met with the domestic violence officer from.Mashpee Police Department. The Outreach Coordinator meets monthly with volunteers. Ten Mashpee residents turned o and older during the month and received flowers delivered by Council on Aging volunteers, She reviewed the monthly meetings she attended: V A Community burse, Independence House Counselor*, and Eider Services of Cape Cod. The Outreach Coordinated reported our Holiday Gift Proram served 50 Mashpee Seniors. She thanked the volunteers and.all the organizations that supported the holiday gift program. Motion.
