Treasurer's Report The Director distributed the budget report for the month of March and reviewed the numbers with the members, Motion: Jean Nouss ee moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by Ginny McIntyre. vote unanimous -0 Outreach Coordinator's Report The outreach Coordinator, Darlene Perkins, distributed her report for the month of March. She made several home visits} office appointments, and telephone calls. She assisted with fuel assistance, SNAP applications and SHINE. She met with the Domestic violence Officer from Mashpee Police Department and met with S residents. There were 24 participants in the Brown Bag Program with 5 volunteers. The outreach Coordinator meets monthly with volunteers. Fourteen Mashpee residents turned 90+ and received flowers from our volunteers. The outreach Coordinator and a volunteer did a presentation about setting up a filing system for important documents. The Outreach Coordinator listed her gods were to work on Ageism Conscious Rising Project to start in April and to work with Leaching Seniors Team. She reviewed the monthly meetings she attended: Mashpee Substance Use Task Force, VNO. Community Nurse, and Independence House Counselor. Motion: Irving Goldberg moved to accept the outreach Coordinator Report, seconded by Jack Jordan. vote unanimous 8-0 Volunteer Coordinator Report The Director distributed the volunteer Coordinator Report for the month of March. At the end of March we had. 194 volunteers enrolled and signed on 2 new ones. Next week is National volunteer week, April 23-29 and she thanked the Board members for their volunteer expertise. The volunteer recognition luncheon will be held on June 9 at the Senior Center and the Mashpee Public Library volunteers will be joining us.
