Both Buff and I felt that a great deal was accomplished at our <br /> meeting and that there was general consensus on both the benefits of the plan <br /> and theg oal of reaching an agreement to enable it to move forward. I have <br /> attempted to document the actions which were discussed and agreed to at the <br /> meeting. These include: <br /> Following up on the meeting with the Selectmen Subcommittee on May 14, <br /> there wasg eneral agreement on a 5-step process which would serve as the <br /> basis upon which a "Development Agreement" could be crafted between <br /> Mashpee commons Limited Partnership (MCLP) and the Town of Mashpee. <br /> This P <br /> 5--ste process is generally described below: <br /> . <br /> 1. MCLP willp p rovide a description of each of the neighborhoods <br /> surrounding the "core" of Mashpee commons. This description would <br /> include both detailed factual information (i.e. acreage, etc.) and broad <br /> descriptions of certain. aspects of the development proposed for these areas <br /> p <br /> and will include: <br /> • <br /> Neighborhood descriptions; <br /> g p <br /> Unit types proposed for each neighborhood; <br /> • <br /> Range of projected sales prices for each unit type by neighborhood; <br /> ■ <br /> Roadway p" zonin.gprofiles/cross sections of roads within each neighborhood, <br /> • "Fronto eproposal for each neighborhood'to include: <br /> -side yard/front yard dimensions <br /> -mix of/rang a of units and lot sizes <br /> ■ Provision for water supply; <br /> • Provision for waste water disposal; <br /> • Aesthetic considerations - architectural codes and design review <br /> process; <br /> • e Rang of traffic projections (average daily volumes) by neighborhood <br /> and broad assessment of potential impact upon intersections <br /> immediately adjacent to Mashpee Commons (Rt. 28 and Rt. 151) and; <br /> � . <br /> • Approach to the "set aside" of open space. <br /> MASHPEE COMMONS NORTH MARKET STREET <br /> P.O.
