In .• <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to place the matter <br /> relative to the Raw Bar, Alcoholic Beverages Control <br /> Commission Appeal on the Board's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters, <br /> TE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Correspondence was received from Town Counsel, Richard Bowen <br /> dated May 27, 1997 relative to the Raw Bar Inc.'s Alcoholic Beverages <br /> u Control Commission appeal of the Selectmen's decision to suspend its <br /> license for thirty days. <br /> F <br /> The Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission has recommended that <br /> the decision of the Board of Selectmen be upheld, and that the suspension <br /> commence on July 1, 1997 informed Attorney Bowen. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to suspend the alcoholic <br /> beverages license of the Raw Bar, Inc. for thirty (30) days <br /> beginning July 1, 1997 to July 30, 1997. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Reuuest of Jacob's Engineering to Access RLo-pg�ny.off Hoo hole Road: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to place the above item <br /> as an agenda topic of discussion. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Jacob's Engineering Croup, Inc. <br /> dated May 22, 1997 requesting the Board grant them access to property <br /> located off Hoophole Road for the purpose of installing four(4) <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> It was noted that this matter was forwarded to the Conservation <br /> Commission for approval. The subject property is Town owned. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the request <br /> of the Jacob's Engineering Croup, Inc. to access property <br /> of Hoophole Road subject to the approval of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission. <br /> f-` <br /> <<: Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VQTE1.* Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
