It was noted that Mr.Fudala <br /> has been thea appointed designee since 1989. <br /> pp g <br /> j *No action. <br /> w. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Mash ee Commons Review Committee Update: <br /> Selectman Dinizio and Selectman Marsters,members of the Mashpee <br /> ry Commons Review Committee gave an update to the Board on the <br /> Mashpee Commons development proposal. <br /> Correspondence was received from Douglas Storrs dated May 21, 1997 <br /> relative to the meeting of May 14 1997 and the specifics of the <br /> p development agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Mashpee <br /> Commons Limited Partnership. (MCLP) <br /> As noted, MCLP will provide a description of each of the neighborhoods <br /> surrounding the "core" of Mashpee Commons. Included would be both <br /> detailed factual information, and broad descriptions of certain aspects of <br /> development proposed for these areas. <br /> Based upon the review of the information,the Mashpee Commons Review <br /> Committee and MCLP would agree on a scope of services for a Fiscal <br /> Impact Assessment informed Selectman Dinizio. When the scope has <br /> been agreed upon, MCLP would engage a firm well-versed in this form <br /> of development to complete a Fiscal Impact Assessment. <br /> Once the study is completed, the Town would engage a consultant to <br /> review the findings of the assessment informed Selectman Dinizio. <br /> The Office of T.J. Martin was selected by the Town to conduct the <br /> 'S <br /> findings review. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to seek payment or reimbursement from <br /> MCLP for the services of T.J. Martin. <br />
