He requested the <br /> Board allow the Sunday openings to continue as in the past. <br /> Bryan Anderson, owner of Andy's Market requested the Board approve the <br /> permit on a yearly basis with the term of the alcoholic beverage license. <br /> Mr. Anderson stated that all the neighboring towns have been open on <br /> Sundays in recent years. <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman Costa requested a vote from the Board <br /> to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Ma rsters. <br /> VOIE: Unanimous. 5-00 <br /> Frye el ctman F e indicated that Thanksgiving,Christmas and New Years are <br /> e <br /> in the middle of the week this year. if the Board issues a perm't, t should <br /> be of a fixed duration stated Selectman Frye. <br /> Motion made by Selectman marsters to approve the Sunday <br /> Package Store Openings for one year subject to the conditions imposed <br /> by the Local Licensing Authority. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOM�.** 4-1..
