x Board of Selectmen Minutes 3 November 17, 1997 AUQJIIKDffMS-.AND IMAIUM& All.IQmLui- ■ ness N=Q-, Selectman Frye opened the Public Hearing on the application of All Town Taxi to change the business name to All Village Taxi,of Mashpee. Attorney Snow was present on behalf of his client John Bartolomei to discuss the license issue with members of the Board of Selectmen. As stated,the applicant is before the Board for a name change only. The Board was in receipt of Sergeant Um.ina's report dated November 3, 1997 relative to the Annual.Taxi for Hire Allotment. Selectman.Frye opened the Public Hearing to obtain comment. James Morgan,owner of Mashpee Taxi indicated that he has no objection to the license application. He suggested the applicant deviate,and not color his cab burgundy as Mashpee Taxi. Being no further comment, Selectman Frye requested a vote from the Board to close the Public Hearing. Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing, Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. YD • Unanimous. 4-0. Discussion i ssion followed with regards to section 1.1 S of the Vehicles for Hire Regulations pertaining to Vehicle for Hire Color.
