r <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes g <br /> December 1, 1997 <br /> MASITLECOMMONSAJMSM <br /> A=v-al-of n , <br /> na- <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to place the above topic <br /> as an agenda item of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> YQ • Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Correspondence was received from Kopelman and Paige,Town Counsel <br /> dated December I, 1997 relative to the contract for the Mashpee Commons <br /> Impact Study, and gift in the amount of$20,000 to fund such study. <br /> It was noted that the Board formally accepted the gift from.Meld's Point,Ltd. <br /> on September 22, 1997 for the purpose of funding the impact study. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to approve the contractual agreement <br /> between the Town of Mashpee and Thomas J.Martin Economic Research <br /> and Management Consultants for the Mashpee Commons Impact Study. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Ma rsters. <br /> F' Unanimous. 50. <br /> AD <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to adjourn at 8;00 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> Y • Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
