Being none, , <br /> the hearing continued. <br /> Sunday-P&Mlit: <br /> Half-Tide Marina <br /> Hoyt's Cinema <br /> It was noted that the Rod and Gun Club did not submit renewal paperwork <br /> for their license renewal to date for calendar year 1998. <br /> Selectman Costa opened the hearing to obtain comment. Being none, <br /> Selectman Costa-requested a vote from the Board to close the Public Hearing <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> Y <br /> E: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the Miscellaneous <br /> License Renewals as submitted for Limousine, Taxi,Class H, <br /> Video Games and Sunday Permit. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizioe <br /> V T Unanimous, 5-0 <br /> . <br /> PUBUC C NT,- <br /> Dr. <br /> T-Dr. Alan Hastings,Deer Crossing submitted a petition to the Selectmen <br /> in opposition to the Mashpee Commons development proposal. Impacts <br /> to the Mashp ee River,National wildlife Refuge and environmentally <br /> sensitive lands within the town were discussed. The Board was requested <br /> to seely additional avenues to purchase the property. <br />
