Board of Selectmen Minutes February 5, 1995 E&Qu=.Qf ind-ChristianFellowship f Cmm-C Vineyard Christian Fellowship members,Tim Smith and Bill Wilcox were present to request the Board's approval to place a Welcome sign and three small signs on public property. The congregation is currently holding services at the Coombs School on old Barnstable Road in Mashpee. The Welcome sign is proposed to be placed in the courtyard of the school next to the door they enter through. The three smaller signs would be placed at the end of Great Neck Road north at the rotary,at the intersection of old Barnstable Road and Great Neck Road north and at the entrance to the Coombs School if approved - PP by the Board of Selectmen. It was noted that the temporary P signs would be laced out before the g 10:00 a.m. Worship service and removed after 1:00 p.m. Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the sign placement request at the end of Great Neck Road north at the rotary and at the intersection of Old Barnstable Road and Great Neck Road north. Motion amended by Selectman Dinizio to allow the placement of (1) Vineyard Christian Fellowship sign at the intersection of Old Barnstable Road and Great Neck north only. The Board recommended the Fellowship seek approval from the State With regards to the placement of a sign on the Mashpee Rotary and to consult the School Committee with regards to the placement of a sign at the entrance to the Coombs School.
