Page 5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 18, 1996 <br /> Apra a1,to Televise_Selectmen's Meeting, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the taping <br /> of the Board of Selectmen's Regular Meeting at this time. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Mills. <br /> YQTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> It was noted that the beginning of the meeting was not taped as a result <br /> of video scheduling conflicts. The Board has agreed to tape the meeting <br /> at this time, although the entire meeting has not been taped. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing-Liouor License Seafarer Restaurant Seasonal License: <br /> Selectman Vaccaro opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Craig Falconieri,d/b/a The Seafarer Restaurant for a Seasonal All <br /> Alcohol Restaurant License to be exercised at 52 old Falmouth Road, <br /> Mashpee. <br /> Mr.Falconieri presented a certified check in the amount of$5o to the <br /> Alcohol Beverages Control Commission, and a copy of the notice to <br /> abutters to Mrs. Mason. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro opened the Public Hearing to obtain comment. <br /> Mr.Falcomen indicated that he intends to operate the family style <br /> restaurant from April 1, 1996 until mid to late November. The structure, <br /> consisting of a 40'x4O' wood frame building with attached enclosed <br /> 16'x2O' deck will remain unchanged. <br /> It was noted that the applicant was issued an all alcohol year round license <br /> last year by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro made note of a memo received from Ms. Carole <br /> Aronaon-Plummer, an abutter of the establishment in favor of the <br /> Seafarer Restaurant business. <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman Vaccaro closed the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the Seasonal <br /> All Alcoholic Restaurant License of Craig Falconieri d/b/a <br /> The Seafarer Restaurant through December 1, 1996. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio, <br /> VQTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
